Installation and Commissioning: After positioning, adjust the leveling feet and calibrate parallelism, complete 8-axis calibration and parameter setup, run continuous trial operation followed by test bending verification, and formally hand over once targets are met.
Daily Operation: Before starting, check the running status of each axis and safety devices. Never exceed the rated tonnage or bending length. After machining, clear chips and turn off the main power.

Storage Guidelines
Store in a dry, ventilated indoor warehouse at an ambient temperature of -10°C to 40°C, with relative humidity no higher than 85%, away from acids, alkalis, heat sources, and strong magnetic fields.
Before storage, clean the machine and apply anti-rust oil, remove vulnerable attachments for separate storage, disconnect the main power, and seal the electrical cabinet against moisture.
During storage, power on for a no-load run every 3 months and check the anti-rust condition regularly. After long-term storage, fully calibrate the 8-axis accuracy and inspect all safety devices before returning to service.
