Pre‑preparation

The buyer shall prepare hydraulic oil and 380V power supply, and complete foundation construction as required.

After machine delivery to site, the buyer shall provide lifting tools and general tools for machine positioning, with assistance from the seller.

Installation and Commissioning

The seller will send technicians for on‑site installation and commissioning, as well as practical training on operation and maintenance for operators and managers.

Acceptance Standard

Acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with relevant national standards and mutually agreed acceptance clauses to verify performance and technical indicators comply with contract requirements.

Storage Requirements
1. Store the machine in a dry, ventilated indoor environment free of corrosive gas. Outdoor storage in rain is strictly prohibited.
2. Keep the oil tank sealed for long‑term storage. Frequent start‑up of the hydraulic system is not recommended, to avoid water vapor entering the oil circuit and accelerating seal aging.
3. Apply anti‑rust grease on precision parts such as guide rails and ball screws, and keep the whole machine dust‑proof.
4. Keep the electric cabinet moisture‑proof to prevent damage to electrical components caused by dampness.
5. Avoid extreme high or low temperature in storage environment to guarantee machine accuracy after re‑startup.
