Preliminary Preparation and Placement (0.5–1 day)
This includes equipment transportation, hoisting and placement, foundation leveling, and surrounding environment cleanup. If the site is already level and the lifting equipment is in place, this can be shortened to half a day.
Mechanical and Hydraulic System Installation (1–1.5 days)
This involves installing and cleaning the cylinders, valve groups, and oil pipes, and filling the oil tank to at least 2/3 capacity. This stage requires pressure testing and pipeline acid washing, and is the most time-consuming part.
Electrical Wiring and System Connection (0.5–1 day)
This involves connecting to a three-phase four-wire power supply, completing the wiring connections for the motor, encoder, control panel, etc., and using a multimeter to check insulation and phase sequence.
Commissioning and trial operation (0.5 days)
Perform horizontal and angle correction, test the X, Z, and R axis reference points, run no-load and load programs, and adjust the bending parameters to the qualified range.
