The specific components are as follows:

Hydraulic oil maintenance: Replace every 3 months (continuous operation) or 6 months (intermittent use). KAM46 hydraulic oil is recommended, with approximately 200ml replaced per change. Mixing different brands of oil may accelerate seal aging and increase the risk of failure.

 

Filters and seals: The oil filter has a precision of 10 microns and a maximum pressure of 400 bar. Replace the filter promptly when it becomes clogged or needs replacement. Seals are prone to aging after long-term operation, which is a major source of oil leakage and pressure instability.

 

System inspection: Electro-hydraulic servo valves and linear encoders need to be calibrated regularly to ensure closed-loop control accuracy. If the environment has a high level of dust, it is necessary to strengthen the cleaning and protection of the electrical box and sensors.

 

Energy-related maintenance: Although a dual servo pump system is used, the hydraulic oil temperature rise still needs to be monitored, and some models require cooling devices to extend component life.

 

In contrast, pure electric servo bending machines, by eliminating the hydraulic system, can reduce annual maintenance costs by more than 85%, and there is no need to replace consumables such as hydraulic oil and seals.
