Working Principle of a Pure Electric Servo Bending Machine
The pure electric servo bending machine is a new type of CNC bending machine that uses a servo drive system. Its control system employs a servo motor. The motor's rotation drives the piston cylinder's push rod to extend and retract, thus achieving the bending of the workpiece. Working Process of a Pure Electric Servo Bending Machine

Loading the Workpiece: First, the workpiece to be processed needs to be placed on the bending machine's worktable and positioned according to technical requirements. This step requires strict adherence to the requirements to avoid workpiece processing errors.

Program Setting: Input the parameters of the workpiece to be processed onto the controller, including the workpiece dimensions, bending angle, number of bends, and bending radius.

Starting Processing: Once the program is set, processing can begin. When the all-electric servo bending machine is started, the control system bends the workpiece according to the set parameters. During this process, the controller not only monitors the servo motor's speed, direction, and torque in real time, but also controls the position and speed of the piston cylinder.

Completion of Processing: After the workpiece is processed, it needs to be inspected and measured to ensure it meets technical requirements. If further processing or correction is needed, the parameters can be re-entered and the process repeated.
