The installation steps for an electro-hydraulic servo CNC bending machine mainly include key aspects such as preliminary preparation, mechanical and hydraulic system installation, electrical wiring, and calibration and debugging. The specific steps are as follows:

Preliminary Preparation: Ensure the equipment is placed on a stable, level foundation, in a clean environment, with sufficient space for operation and maintenance. Check for any loose or damaged parts during transportation.

Hydraulic System Installation:

Install pumps, valves, cylinders, and other components according to the hydraulic schematic diagram and piping connection diagram.

All hydraulic components must be cleaned and tested before installation, including sealing and pressure resistance tests (test pressure is twice the working pressure or 1.5 times the maximum pressure).

Oil pipes must be acid-washed, neutralized, cleaned with warm water, dried, and coated with anti-rust oil to prevent impurities from entering the system.

Fill the oil tank with at least 2/3 of its capacity with anti-wear hydraulic oil to ensure lubrication and cooling effects.

Electrical Wiring

Connect the power cord to a three-phase four-wire AC power supply and then to the power switch, ensuring the connection is secure and reliable.

Connect the motor wires, encoder wires, hydraulic pump station wires, and control panel wires to their respective ports, paying attention to the wiring markings and polarity.

The grounding wire must be securely connected to the equipment's metal casing and the earth to prevent leakage or interference.

Reserve a power supply conduit to the inlet of the electrical control cabinet; select the appropriate power cable diameter based on the total power rating on the nameplate.
