The quality of a torsion shaft dual servo bending machine can be verified from four core dimensions: core configuration, performance parameters, structural rigidity, and process adaptability. The following are practical judgment criteria:
Core Component Inspection
Servo Motor and Transmission Components: High-quality models will use imported brand motors (such as Siemens), ABBA ball screws, and linear guides. Request the manufacturer to provide component purchase invoices. Observe the response speed during operation-a high-quality dual servo machine can control the response time within 50ms, and the repeatability can reach ±0.01mm.
Hydraulic System Components: Check whether the sealing rings are brand-name components (such as NOK double-section boom sealing rings), and whether the hydraulic valves and electrical components are from reputable brands like Schneider/ABB. This can be done by jogging the machine continuously 10 times and observing for oil leaks or jamming. If no abnormalities are found, the components are of qualified quality.
Torsion Shaft Synchronization Mechanism: After manufacturer debugging, continuously bend 10 standard test pieces to check the bending angle error at both ends. If the error exceeds ±0.5°, it indicates insufficient torsion shaft synchronization accuracy, which is prone to further wear and loss of accuracy after long-term use.
Equipment Structure and Rigidity Verification
Frame Structure: High-quality bending machines adopt an all-steel integral welded structure. Internal stress is eliminated through normalizing and high-frequency vibration. The thickness of the worktable and slide block can be observed; thicker models have stronger torsional resistance, less deformation when bending large workpieces, and better angle consistency.
Deflection Compensation Capability: When testing the bending of long workpieces, observe whether the angle is uniform along the entire length of the workpiece. If the angle at the end deviates significantly, it indicates insufficient deflection compensation design of the equipment, and the quality does not meet the requirements of high-precision processing.
