Advantages
Excellent cost control: Compared to pure electro-hydraulic servo bending machines, the torsion shaft dual-servo system has a simpler mechanical structure and lower overall procurement costs. The dual-servo system is also energy-efficient; the motor does not run during standby, reducing energy consumption by more than 30% compared to traditional hydraulic models. Furthermore, hydraulic oil consumption is only about 30% of that of electro-hydraulic synchronous models, resulting in lower long-term consumable costs.
Accuracy meets general processing needs:Equipped with a dual-servo CNC system and a ball screw + linear guide back gauge, positioning accuracy can reach ±0.05mm, and bending angle error can be controlled within ±0.5°. This is sufficient for general sheet metal and thin plate processing, and the processing consistency is superior to ordinary torsion shaft bending machines.
Low maintenance threshold: The core synchronous structure is a mechanical torsion shaft. Compared to the precision electro-hydraulic components such as the grating ruler and proportional servo valve in electro-hydraulic bending machines, the structural failure rate is lower, and the maintenance difficulty and cost are lower. Even small factories can quickly complete daily maintenance. Superior performance: Compared to traditional torsion bar bending machines, the dual servo system operates with less noise, controllable oil temperature, and generally does not require hydraulic oil replacement within three years. The maximum speed for fast descent and return can reach 300 mm/s, and the maximum feed speed can reach 25 mm/s, resulting in higher production efficiency than ordinary torsion bar models.
