The maintenance cycle for a torsion shaft dual servo bending machine needs to be set according to different components. The specific cycle requirements are summarized as follows:

 

1. Hydraulic System

Daily Inspection: Check pressure, oil level, leaks, and operating noise before each day's work.

Oil Replacement: Mainstream manufacturers require oil replacement after 3000-4000 hours of cumulative operation. Even if the idle time is insufficient, mandatory replacement is required every 1-2 years. Replacement should be done earlier in high-temperature, high-humidity, and high-dust conditions. The first oil change for a new machine is after 2000 hours of operation, and subsequent changes should be made every 4000-6000 hours.

Auxiliary Components: Inspect and clean the air filter every 3 months, and replace it annually. Replace/clean the filter at the same time as each oil change.

Deep Maintenance: Perform a comprehensive inspection quarterly and a deep maintenance including cleaning the oil tank annually.

 

2. Lubrication System

Condition Check: Monthly check the remaining amount and contamination of lubricating oil/grease;
Replenish Lubrication: For rack, pinion, and torsion bar bearings, it is recommended to replenish lithium-based grease weekly, shortening to 3-5 days during high-load production; For guide rails and sliders, check the oil level daily and replenish the corresponding specification of guide rail oil regularly.

 

3. Overall Machine Operation Check

Basic Check: Before starting the machine daily, check the slider's return to its original position, fasteners, and safety devices;

Tightening Check: Conduct a weekly check of all machine fasteners;

Precision Testing: Monthly test bending accuracy deviation and adjust accordingly.
