The cleaning methods for electro-hydraulic servo CNC bending machines mainly include regularly cleaning the external surfaces, hydraulic system, filters, and key components to ensure equipment accuracy and extend service life.
External Surface Cleaning
Power and Air Supply Disconnection: Always disconnect the power and air supply before cleaning to ensure operational safety.
Use a Soft Cloth: Use a clean, soft cloth to remove oil, metal shavings, and dust from the machine body surface. For stubborn stains, use a mild detergent, but never use strong acids, strong alkalis, or corrosive solvents.
Slide Rail and Guide Rail Maintenance: Clean the slide rails and guide rails regularly and apply special lubricating oil to prevent rust and wear.
Hydraulic System Cleaning
Hydraulic Oil Management: New oil should be allowed to stand for several days before filtering to prevent impurities from entering the system.
Regularly check the oil level, maintaining it at 2/3 of the oil window. Replenish promptly if it falls below the red line.
Oil temperature should be controlled between 35℃ and 60℃, and should not exceed 70℃ to prevent oil deterioration.
Hydraulic component cleaning: Clean base plates, valves, motors, pumps, oil pipes, and other components monthly to prevent contaminants from entering the system.
Do not use chemical cleaning agents during cleaning, as this may damage seals or alter material properties.
Solvent immersion cleaning (heat to 35~85℃ and soak for 4-8 hours) or ultrasonic cleaning (highly effective at removing contaminants, suitable for complex structures) can be used.
