Core Judgment Indicators

Persistently Exceeding Machining Accuracy Tolerance: Even after calibrating the grating ruler and adjusting deflection compensation, the bending angle error still exceeds ±0.5°, resulting in poor workpiece dimensional consistency. This indicates that the mechanical reference components (such as the slider and worktable) have undergone irreversible deformation or wear.

 

Frequent Hydraulic System Failures:
The slider exhibits irregular sliding (pressure leakage), which cannot be resolved even after replacing the seals;
The hydraulic oil temperature rises abnormally (>70℃), while the cooling system is functioning normally;
Repeated damage to core components such as the relief valve and proportional valve indicates internal system contamination or structural aging.

 

Severe Mechanical Structure Wear

Obvious scratches, pitting, or decreased hardness appear on the guide rail surface; Ball screw preload cannot be adjusted, and backlash is excessive (>0.05mm); Parallelism deviation between the slider and the worktable exceeds 0.1mm and cannot be corrected by servo compensation.

 

Unstable Electrical Control System

Frequent CNC system crashes and alarms occur, and abnormalities persist even after backup program restoration; Servo motor encoder signals drift, and battery replacement is ineffective; Communication interruptions occur with multiple I/O modules, and aging wiring is difficult to repair.
